Shipping Times
Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days from date of posting. However Please allow 14 days from date of posting as this allows us to track and trace your order.Please note delivery is dependent upon the royal
mail and delays can occur that we have no control over.
All products are dispatched monday to friday by 2:30pm with orders after 2:30pm processed the next working day. Any order placed after 2:30pm friday or over the weekend your order will be processed the following monday or next working day providing that it is not a bank holiday.
Shipping Address
For reasons of security, where payment is made by credit or debit card, we will only ship goods to the billing address of the card used to make payment, unless specific arrangements are made with us. Where specific arrangements are made you may be required to provide us with proof of identity or address. Whilst inconventient, this is an important measure to protect the security of our customers.
Important Shipping Notes & Exceptions
Our standard shipping price is £3.95 with free shipping for good's over £30 on items ordered on our website. This shipping price is for mainland UK addresses (excluding Northern Scotland) only. Customers in the North of Scotland, Northern Island, or at island addresses are urged to contact us for a specific shipping quote before placing an order as we may not be able to offer our free delivery for goods over £30. This will allow us to find the best shipping quote for your particular order.Some items, such as those made available on special import, have certain limititations with regards to shipping times. These are described under the full description of the item and such details over-ride shipping information presented here.
International Orders
Please note we do not accept international orders at this present time with any order placed outside the united kingdom rejected. However this may be subject to change in the near future.
Returns and Refunds:
We will refund in full any product that we sell on the condition that the shrink wrap in which the product is delivered has not been broken. If the shink wrap has been broken, no further refund will be permitted except in the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods. A request for a refund must be placed within 28 days of the order being shipped from PetParlor.co.uk You may also have the right to a `cooling off` period during which you may return your goods to us on the provison that you are liable for all return costs incurred. This period will begin on the day after the day that you receive the goods and will last for 7 days. We will then return your money within 30 days of the cancellation of your order. Sometimes the product specifications from the manufacturer may change, in which case we will do our best to offer you a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. We will also contact you to give you the choice to accept or decline this offer. On the rare occasion that there is an error, we will advise you about it as soon as possible. All canceled orders are subject to a £15.00 administration charge. We do not like having to charge you for a refund but it costs us £15.00 so we have to pass it on down the line.
